About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
Supports the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
Performs various manual cross-department job duties as needed
Cleans, sanitizes, and stores all grow room tools and equipment upon use
Follows directions and takes instructions from supervisors
Engages in repetitive agricultural work such as netting, loading and maintaining plant structures

Requirements

Cultivation experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
