About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
Educate customers on the benefits and potential side effects of cannabis products
Facilitate a customer's purchase in accordance with State regulations
Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Must possess excellent people skills and communicate effectively
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
