Dispensary Associate – Part-time
TrulieveDispensary Associate at Trulieve educating customers on cannabis products and providing exceptional service. Must assist with patient orders and resolve customer issues in a retail setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and coworkers
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely manner
- Assist in solutions to customer issues
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 years in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills and communication in verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with customers respectfully
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clear driving record
