About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel
Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
Conduct inventory audits and any cycle counts required in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
Help determine, initiate, and execute subsequent corrective actions
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Must have prior cash handling experience
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
Must be at least 21 years of age
