About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Monitor will support our best-in-class security services to each operational/support function and each location.
The monitor provides observational support and security solutions to assigned location.
Monitor’s support Site Supervisor’s (SS’s) as it pertains to all direct-action security management.
Monitor location to include internal & external theft of Trulieve Product.
The monitor will build collaborating relationships with their operations partners as well as environmental & safety, compliance, and human resources, to maintain the highest level of integrity within all facilities.
Monitor’s assist with investigations regarding company assets, facility security, personal security, damage reports, external theft, internal shrinkage, and risk mitigation as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ experience in law enforcement, military, or security
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to prioritize work and complete directives as assigned
Solid knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
Basic project management skills with ability to achieve results
Strong presence as it pertains to relationship-building skills and effective at building trust
Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation
Experience with complex problem solving and being detail oriented
Have strong written communication
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background record check
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
