About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support our best-in-class security services to each operational/support function and each location
Provide observational support and security solutions to assigned location
Monitor location to include internal & external theft of Trulieve Product
Build collaborating relationships with their operations partners as well as environmental & safety, compliance, and human resources
Assist with investigations regarding company assets, facility security, personal security, damage reports, external theft, internal shrinkage, and risk mitigation as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ experience in law enforcement, military, or security.
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to prioritize work and complete directives as assigned
Solid knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
Basic project management skills with ability to achieve results
Strong presence as it pertains to relationship-building skills and effective at building trust
Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation
Experience with complex problem solving and being detail oriented
Have strong written communication
