IT Asset Lifecycle Manager
TrulieveIT Asset Lifecycle Manager overseeing tracking and management of IT assets at Trulieve. Collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure efficient IT asset operations in healthcare.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the inventory, tracking, and management of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, leased equipment, subscriptions, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to forecast asset needs.
- Ensure assets meet business and technical requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery, maintenance, and support of IT assets.
- Work with finance, accounting, and procurement teams to forecast IT asset needs, control costs, and maximize return on investment.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance IT asset management processes to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and support business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT asset-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
- Generate reports for audits and executive reviews.
- Coordinate the safe and compliant decommissioning, disposal, or recycling of obsolete IT assets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset life cycle management principles, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience with asset management systems, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and IT security standards is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Certified IT Asset Manager) are desirable.
