About the role

  • Team leadership and development
  • Lead the team in executing distribution gains, new item sell-ins, and promotional activity across assigned accounts
  • Partner with distributor sales teams to increase points of distribution and sales velocity
  • Direct the execution of in-store activations, sampling events, and grassroots campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs including sales growth, market share, distribution gains, and merchandising compliance
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-impact execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, brand activation, or field leadership
  • Proven success in retail account management, distributor collaboration, and merchandising execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
