About the role
- Team leadership and development
- Lead the team in executing distribution gains, new item sell-ins, and promotional activity across assigned accounts
- Partner with distributor sales teams to increase points of distribution and sales velocity
- Direct the execution of in-store activations, sampling events, and grassroots campaigns
- Monitor KPIs including sales growth, market share, distribution gains, and merchandising compliance
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-impact execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales, brand activation, or field leadership
- Proven success in retail account management, distributor collaboration, and merchandising execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
