About the role

  • Report to the State & Local Tax Manager
  • Respond to inquiries from taxing authorities as well as internal departments and external business partners
  • Assist with Indirect Tax return preparation and filing
  • General ledger balance sheet reconciliations
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Work for Trulieve, a medical cannabis company offering patient-focused products

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivots and v-lookups
  • Experience using tax software and ERP systems a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexible, deadline driven, able to operate in a constantly changing environment
  • Will be available after hours if an emergency situation should arise
