About the role
- Responsible for optimizing profitability of the wholesale loan portfolio
- Partner with Line of Business (LOB) segment leadership team to execute credit strategy
- Leads a credit approval team of Credit Risk Officers/Portfolio Managers
- Providing leadership role in modeling behaviors that reflect strong judgment capabilities
- Stay abreast of laws, regulations and risk management techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
- 5 years of experience in lending and/or credit experience
- Comprehensive financial credit risk and regulatory knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
