About the role
- Assist in execution of Wholesale’s strategic plan
- Administration of key operating routines
- Drive automation/AI adoption to improve productivity
- Develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals
- Facilitate project meetings with senior business leaders
- Contribute to business strategy development
- Lead execution for top-priority Wholesale initiatives
- Act as a center of excellence for AI and automation adoption
- Identify and drive automation and process-simplification opportunities
- Coordinate across teams for successful execution of strategic priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education and related experience
- 5+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- 7+ years of experience within consulting, business management, banking, or financial services organization
- Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
