About the role
- Support Truist Wealth Financial Advisors in all aspects of the Asset Management Consulting (AMC) Advisory product platform
- Receive inbound requests on team phone queue
- Accept and work proportion of team emails
- Arrange coverage for scheduled time out of the office
- Perform constructive outbound communications and support pro-active initiatives
- Assist FA Teams with constructing and generation of client investment proposals
- Recommend appropriate investment options for specific client needs
- Review new and existing client investments for Investment Advisory opportunities
- Maintain working knowledge of related operational procedures
- Schedule and conduct one-on-one reviews & trainings with Financial Advisor teams
- Provide support to External Consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 Years of experience in the financial or an equivalent industry
- Series 7, 65 or equivalent security licenses
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be productive in a service oriented, high volume, fast-paced environment
- Limited travel (2 – 4 days per month)
