In this role you will gather, analyze, document, maintain and execute on all data requirements related to visualization, reporting, and automation initiatives for CSBB-BUR.\n
You will own the entire lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering to development to documentation and support\n
Collaborate with leadership, second line of defense program owners and other applicable areas of the bank to execute on risk program deliverables.\n
Facilitate execution of key risk framework components as delegated by LOD2 risk programs.\n
Consult with business line management on identifying, assessing, controlling, mitigating, and communicating risks associated with business processes and decisions for the applicable business units.\n

Provide first line of defense risk execution for business unit segments assigned in the execution of enterprise risk and operational risk programs\n2. Execute the creation and facilitation of Business Unit Risk Committee and other governance related activities.\n3. Execute coordination of the business and risk advisors in regulatory interactions through routine continuous monitoring activity or formal exams.\n4. Coordinate the execution of non-control-based risk programs for the business unit.\n5. Partner with the 2LOD risk program teams and the Enterprise Control & Change Office to drive consistency in risk execution within business unit.\n6. Execute risk reporting needs within the business unit for risk execution activities where reporting is not provided by the Enterprise Control & Change Office or 2LOD risk programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.\n
4+ years of progressive related experience in risk or audit functions supporting risk execution and governance activities\n
Strong facilitation and coordination skills to partner with various stakeholders on governance documentation\n
High attention to detail and ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change.\n
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.\n
Strong meeting management, conflict management, and executive presentation skills.\n
Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to work under difficult time constraints and required delivery dates.\n
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.\n
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.\n
Effectively communicate risk insights to various stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams utilizing collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.\n
Experience delivering data visualizations, automated reporting, data analysis and data extraction to support delivery and operations.\n
