Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial industry education or related training
- 8+ years of experience in lending and/or financial services
- Outstanding presentation skills; both verbal and in presentation material(s) creation
- Experience in program and project management
- Innovative mindset, strategic thinker with team experience
- Analytical aptitude, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates executive presence and leadership capabilities
- Develops strong relationships
