About the role
- Serve as advisor to CSBB Leadership in interpreting and understanding the teams’ respective organizational health and teammate experience survey results
- Create a framework/program to be utilized by leaders across CSBB to implement communication and action planning
- Serve as a credible and trusted strategic partner to CSBB leaders
- Demonstrate the strategic thinking, leadership, knowledge, and execution skills necessary to deliver high impact results
- Partner with CSBB Leadership and Human Capital teams to better understand, monitor and impact teammate experience and retention
- Provide guidance and advice to teammate leaders of peer-built advisory or engagement groups
- Serve as a conduit to resources for leaders to utilize to improve overall purpose and culture alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education and related training or experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, organization health, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Proven track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
