About the role

  • Serve as advisor to CSBB Leadership in interpreting and understanding the teams’ respective organizational health and teammate experience survey results
  • Create a framework/program to be utilized by leaders across CSBB to implement communication and action planning
  • Serve as a credible and trusted strategic partner to CSBB leaders
  • Demonstrate the strategic thinking, leadership, knowledge, and execution skills necessary to deliver high impact results
  • Partner with CSBB Leadership and Human Capital teams to better understand, monitor and impact teammate experience and retention
  • Provide guidance and advice to teammate leaders of peer-built advisory or engagement groups
  • Serve as a conduit to resources for leaders to utilize to improve overall purpose and culture alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education and related training or experience
  • 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, organization health, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently
  • Proven track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
