About the role
- Partner with Director of Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement
- Lead execution of ET workforce, talent, and/or engagement programs
- Partner across TIP/ BMOs and with HR to influence and leverage enterprise-wide human capital programs
- Develop and mature appropriate metrics
- Explore, recommend, and implement opportunities for continuous business process improvement
- Communicate ongoing work and short-term outcomes with ET leaders
- Proactively partner to identify and mitigate risks
- Fully participate in Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement operating model
- Manage direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth and broad knowledge within own professional discipline
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges
- Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure
- Experience managing a team, including identifying and recruiting talent
- Executive level communication skills
