About the role
- Develop and support projects addressing strategies and initiatives within Branch Banking
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of assigned initiatives
- Coordinate with various business and technology units to define scope
- Support the project and funding approval processes
- Mediate/negotiate between impacted groups
- Organize implementation activities
- Provide leadership with routine updates
- Partner with Analytics to develop analyses for guiding initiatives
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators
- Ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training
- 10 years of experience in financial services
- Proven track record of business analytics and reporting
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lead, manage and influence multiple complex projects and objectives simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
