Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Strong technical understanding of legal technology, process design, and governance
- Understanding of the structure and operational areas of legal departments
- 3 or more years of experience in operations at a company, legal department, or law firm
- Proficient in understanding legal operations software and workflows
- Able to embrace change
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead work teams and projects
- Strong analytical and basic research skills
- Solid organizational skill with attention to detail
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a large organization and collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assignments
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
