About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work strategically with the team for client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Act as contact via telephone and email for the client to resolve any questions/issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development.
  • Assist with the execution of the client communication plan.
  • Coordinate aspects of client review meetings including document preparation and reporting.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings such as implementation calls, open enrollment events, vendor/benefit fairs, etc.
  • Work directly with Client Success Executive on reporting and analysis of claims data to identify drug trends, financial performance, and client cost-saving opportunities.
  • Be proficient in CRM and all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
  • Adjust plan parameters as directed by the client/broker.
  • Provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA.
  • Prepare and provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA.
  • When required, log, print, and mail ID cards.
  • Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare client support documents as needed.
  • Execute the onboarding process involving the client, broker, TPA and data vendor.
  • Participate in introductory/enrollment meetings with employees. Perform other duties as assigned by Client Success Executive.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree or applicable experience preferred.
  • Capable of interfacing with TrueScripts clients to provide solutions to problems.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products.
  • Collaborative team player mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills.
  • Capacity to multitask and adjust priorities based on business needs.
  • Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision.
  • Need to be adaptable and have different responsibilities given periodically.
  • The drive to learn business processes specific to the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
