About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact client management and support.
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs aligned to client business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day account activity, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, timelines, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Manage scopes and understand the impact of project hours and team utilization to keep projects and the client operating profitably.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of direct team management and supervision experience
- 3+ years of experience managing clients, including leading client meetings and communicating directly with clients on project updates
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex products, services, and solutions.
