Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or a similar automation-focused role, with a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficient in major RPA platforms (like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) and have the scripting chops (Python, Java, or C#) to handle complex integrations.
You have a knack for identifying where automation can provide the highest ROI.
