- Shape product strategy in partnership with PMs and engineers, aligning design with evolving user needs.
- Push accessibility beyond compliance, advocating for inclusive experiences.
- Drive business impact by designing solutions that transform markets.
- Deliver high-fidelity interfaces that balance sophistication with visual craft.
- Collaborate with product, motion, and interaction designers to refine system behaviors and feedback loops.
- Explore and prototype new paradigms in interaction and orchestration design.
- Contribute to a design language that communicates intelligence with clarity and confidence.
- This is a 3-week project starting October 6th, 2025.
Requirements
- Comfort designing with AI-driven capabilities and systems.
- Experience creating for emerging behaviors and new interaction paradigms.
- Ability to partner effectively with motion and interaction designers to bring experiences to life.
- Strong background in art direction and building scalable design systems.
- Prototyping experience with tools like Framer and ProtoPie.
- Track record of resetting expectations, scaling impactful work, shaping behaviors, and blending art direction, motion, and systems thinking.
- Based in Latin America (application asks "Are you currently based in Latin America?").
