Lead strategy and execution of complex engineering projects, focusing on top-of-funnel user experiences, revenue technologies, and content management systems.
Establish project frameworks and define structure for executing development projects to foster team collaboration and optimal outcomes.
Evaluate and plan development tasks by assessing wireframes and designs, determining complexity, breaking down tasks, creating timelines, and managing project backlogs.
Comprehend technical specifications including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and integrations such as site search, advertising, APIs, personalization, localization/internationalization, and analytics.
Facilitate Agile processes using Scrum and Kanban: create/manage Jira issues, translate roadmaps into stories, maintain backlogs, estimate tasks, and lead Agile ceremonies with Client Engagement/Production leads and Technical Directors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale development initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Requirements
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and demonstrated experience applying Agile principles.
Expertise with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, for project tracking and collaboration.
CMS platform experience with Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience delivering and deploying large-scale enterprise engineering projects and ongoing maintenance.
Product ownership mentality with ability to take full ownership of product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and integrations (site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization/internationalization, analytics).
