About the role
- Produce high-converting videos that meet business goals
- Edit video content, including audio, color, effects, and motion graphics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service on video-related tasks
- Generate video concepts and split-test ideas with the team to improve conversion performance
- Stay up to date with AI and video production trends; proactively propose, test, and adopt new tools, workflows, and approaches
- Support other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher, preferably in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Sound & Video Production
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition
- Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with AI tools for video production (e.g., AI-assisted editing, generative visuals, AI audio enhancement, automated captions) is an advantage
- Strong interest in learning, experimenting with, and adopting new AI tools and workflows in day-to-day work
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively under pressure.
