About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in EMEA countries
- Hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle
- Super-user-level fluency with HRIS platforms, experience with UKG preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in people data
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and advisors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, additional European languages a plus.
