About the role

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the BFSI segment (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance)
  • Develop and expand relationships with key enterprise accounts and financial groups
  • Lead complex mid-to-high-ticket sales with a focus on business value and impact
  • Map and engage with strategic stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Innovation, Business, Risk and Compliance)
  • Sell services, agile squads, strategic projects and low-code platforms
  • Build proposals focused on ROI, operational efficiency, time-to-market and compliance
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery teams and technology partners
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline, predictable forecasting and commercial governance
  • Represent the company in executive meetings, strategic presentations and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Systems Analysis
  • Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the BFSI market
  • Proven track record in software, IT services, consulting or agile squads
  • Strong business acumen and ability to solve complex problems
  • Comfortable and credible engaging with senior executives
  • Consultative, structured and value-oriented profile
  • Experience with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • High commercial discipline, strong pipeline organization and ownership mindset
  • Experience with low-code (e.g., Mendix), digital platforms or legacy modernization
  • Previous experience in banks, insurers, fintechs or large systems integrators
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud, security and compliance
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, CEP, among others)
  • Fluent English
