About the role
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the BFSI segment (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance)
- Develop and expand relationships with key enterprise accounts and financial groups
- Lead complex mid-to-high-ticket sales with a focus on business value and impact
- Map and engage with strategic stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Innovation, Business, Risk and Compliance)
- Sell services, agile squads, strategic projects and low-code platforms
- Build proposals focused on ROI, operational efficiency, time-to-market and compliance
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery teams and technology partners
- Ensure a healthy pipeline, predictable forecasting and commercial governance
- Represent the company in executive meetings, strategic presentations and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Systems Analysis
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the BFSI market
- Proven track record in software, IT services, consulting or agile squads
- Strong business acumen and ability to solve complex problems
- Comfortable and credible engaging with senior executives
- Consultative, structured and value-oriented profile
- Experience with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- High commercial discipline, strong pipeline organization and ownership mindset
- Experience with low-code (e.g., Mendix), digital platforms or legacy modernization
- Previous experience in banks, insurers, fintechs or large systems integrators
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud, security and compliance
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, CEP, among others)
- Fluent English
