About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze pharmacy network performance metrics, including cost trends, reimbursement rates, and utilization patterns
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Analyze, report, and interpret large data sets for presentation in a concise and effective manner
Work with internal teams to build and maintain network forecasting models according to business needs
Inform internal partners tracking measures for drug pricing changes
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations and reporting
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates Degree in Business Management, Mathematics or related Field OR equivalent work experience
Strong Microsoft Office, data analysis and presentation skills required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Xlookup, Text join, Pivot tables, arrays)
Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis
Ability to synthesize data related to various market trends, product changes and financial metrics
Familiarity with the National Drug Code (NDC)
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ financial reporting knowledge and experience
Self-motivated and directed
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
