Growth Marketing

• Own end-to-end asset trafficking, including agency submissions, copy-team coordination, asset accuracy, and launch readiness
• Support preparation and formatting of creative briefs using established templates
• QA assets before launch for specifications, copy accuracy, link destinations, and brand compliance
• Build and maintain performance reporting for app download campaigns, tracking spend, downloads, and attributed sales with the digital agency
• Track and report retail store campaign performance, including budget, foot traffic, and sales metrics
• Serve as the day-to-day contact between Growth Marketing and the retail store team for campaign support
• Support setup and rollout of TikTok Shop
• Flag risks and delays, and organize documentation, approvals, and naming conventions
• Take on special projects with senior leadership, including sensitive or time-critical work
• Report to the VP, Growth Marketing
