About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the overall paid media strategy across assigned healthcare accounts
- Recommend channel mix, budget allocations, and targeting frameworks tailored to client goals
- Monitor portfolio coverage across healthcare service lines
- Identify performance gaps and rebalance the media mix
- Monitor macro performance trends and direct Paid Media Managers to maintain efficiency and hit CPA targets
- Serve as final pre-launch reviewer for campaign builds, naming conventions, and account standards
- Conduct monthly account check-ins and review optimization logs
- Lead quarterly testing roadmaps, including hypotheses, test sequencing, and decision criteria
- Analyze search patterns and creative performance to identify opportunities and systemic trends
- Translate campaign data into executive narratives, trends, wins/losses, and recommendations
- Act as final escalation point for performance anomalies, tracking issues, and landing page friction
- Partner with account teams and mentor Paid Media Managers and Specialists
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of paid media management experience
- At least 3 years navigating the healthcare marketing landscape and regulatory considerations
- Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube
- Hands-on mastery of Meta, Microsoft Ads, and DSPs
- Deep understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
- Proven experience building media mix plans and managing high-level budget allocations
- Experience maintaining QA standards across multi-channel portfolios
- Experience advising and mentoring Paid Media Managers and Specialists
- Ability to analyze trends across ad platform tools, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Strong decision-making skills and experience resolving complex performance issues
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote agency environment
