About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review applications and assist with candidate screening
  • Prepare onboarding materials and new hire packets
  • Assist with orientation preparation and employee onboarding activities
  • Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records
  • Assist with document scanning, filing, and record retention activities
  • Update employee information in HRIS
  • Track required employee certifications and licenses
  • Support compliance initiatives related to healthcare regulations and policies
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance HR processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a student in good standing in degree programs related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Organizational Leadership
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
