Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the successful delivery of complex environmental programs, including PFAS-contaminated site management, natural resources management, abandoned mine lands, and ecological restoration.
Oversee project lifecycles from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements (CERCLA, RCRA, NEPA).
Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of specialists, including geologists, biologists, archaeologists, and engineers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agencies (DoD and civilian), local governments, and Tribal Nations. Facilitate tribal liaison services and public involvement initiatives.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities in the Pacific and Alaska markets, contributing to proposal development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Implement and maintain rigorous technical standards to ensure all deliverables meet company and client expectations for excellence and accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in environmental consulting or program management, with a proven track record of managing federal contracts.
Deep understanding of environmental compliance, site characterization, and remediation strategies specific to the Pacific and Alaska regions.
Demonstrated ability to manage remote or geographically dispersed teams and lead multidisciplinary technical groups.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and tribal engagement.
