💰 $60,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage key client relationships
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while driving business growth
  • Act as expert employer resource and work closely with our sales team, co-brokers and referral partners
  • Manage annual benefit renewal activities including pricing of benefit programs, analysis of options, and illustration of proposed benefit plans
  • Assist with specific benefit related tasks and projects
  • Liaison with benefit carriers and vendors on issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Schedule in person meetings at least 4 times per year
  • Communicate any industry changes
  • Oversee quoting and spreadsheet presentations for all clients
  • Cross sell other product lines upon renewal
  • Manage open enrollment meetings
  • Address benefit inquiries
  • Complete new business and renewal carrier submissions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • NY / NJ Life & Health licenses required
  • Delaware and/or Pa License a plus
  • Computer proficiency required – MS Office suite, Excel, Word and Power Point required, Salesforce CRM a definite plus
