• Own product and design initiatives from end to end
• Help craft meaningful experiences that are engaging, thoughtful and reflect TruckSmarter's values
• Produce high quality work from research, user flows and interactive prototypes, all the way to pixel perfect design with delightful interactions
• Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations
• Empathize with the user and be an advocate for user experience
