About the role

  • Define the overall vision in partnership with Product Strategy and General Manager.
  • Translate the vision into user stories and drive items to implement.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure it is stocked with clearly expressed items that help reach the product goal.
  • Be a liaison between product and development, explaining and translating the how and why.
  • Collect feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders on the product increments.
  • Manage interdependencies between squad/team.
  • Enable collaboration, removing impediments to empower the squad to find solutions.
  • Take ownership of the work product; have hard conversations, build trust, and pivot when needed.
  • Travel to client sites and conferences to lead discussions around the product roadmap and collect user feedback for improvement.
  • Planning and delivery of presentations to clients and potential customers leading to growth and adoption of the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
