About the role

Provide expert support and maintenance for Mirth Connect.
Troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Mirth Connect implementations.
Ensure seamless data exchange between healthcare systems.
Work with Interface Department on technical issues.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
Monitor, analyze Mirth Connect performance, and implement improvements.
Document workflows, configurations, and support procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
4 – 7 + years of proven experience working with IMS Engine/Mirth Connect and similar healthcare integration engines.
Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and SQL for Mirth Connect scripting and data manipulation.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
