About the role

  • Collaborate and communicate with TruBridge clients to ensure a successful client experience
  • Partner with clients to understand their data, goals, challenges, organizational structure, and key business drivers
  • Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients
  • Collaborate with other business units and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers via meetings, emails, and escalation resolution
  • Ensure customer emails are addressed within 24 hours with a timeline or resolution
  • Facilitate project plan timelines and communicate with the customer
  • Drive process improvements and identify challenges and revenue opportunities
  • Identify upsell opportunities and connect Client Executive with the client
  • Provide high level value and customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor required
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, preferred
  • 4+ years Client/Account management or related experience
  • General understanding of project management procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
