About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for growth and additional services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage account budgets, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, marketing technology, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Lead client discussions around SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), paid media, conversion optimization, analytics, and customer experience improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with specialists across SEO, paid media, analytics, development, creative, and CRM teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
  • Translate complex technical and marketing concepts into clear business recommendations for stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, attribution data, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the technology, digital, or e-commerce sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, paid social, AEO/SEO and CRO.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel programs with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
  • A solid understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and the technology landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
