About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Talent Officer (CLTO)
- Handle essential administrative and operational duties
- Prioritize among multiple tasks and identify opportunities to contribute
- Work collaboratively with the entire Legal Talent team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support of executive management
- Legal or other professional services firm experience strongly preferred
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment, tact and discretion involving sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
