About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an operations and logistics coordinator for the Legal Talent Development team
Manage project execution, scheduling priorities, travel coordination, expense processing
Oversee meeting logistics, presentation materials, and related business support activities
Support planning, implementation, and tracking of initiatives
Maintain department records and operational materials
Coordinate budget tracking and expense management
Lead logistics for meetings and events
Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years of professional development or related experience in a law firm or other professional services setting.
Previous experience in a law firm or professional environment preferred.
Prior experience in operations, program coordination, project support, event logistics, or professional team support preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of market data and internal communications efforts that support talent-related planning.
