Own the business processes, product, and communication aspects of the firm’s data strategy
Partner with IT leadership to shape strategic objectives, success measures, and execution priorities
Help define and maintain the data strategy roadmap
Serve as the primary product owner for data initiatives
Establish and run data-related operating processes
Own data governance within established firm guidelines
Monitor and report on data strategy execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in information systems, data, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in leading data strategy, data product management, analytics program management, or business intelligence leadership
Strong data product and program management experience
Ability to lead through influence rather than authority
Solid understanding of data, analytics, and reporting platforms (e.g., SQL-based environments, BI tools, Microsoft Fabric)
Proven ability to design and operate data governance, quality, and change management processes in complex organizations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
