About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report directly to the Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) Canada Head of Commercial & French Operations
Responsible for standing up Wal-Mart Category Analytics in Canada
Support Commercial Team analytics
Act as the single point category advisor for Wal-Mart Canada business
Establish, prepare and advise Wal-Mart quarterly business reviews
Provide planogram recommendations
Manage Wal-Mart Canada Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment
Work with the Senior Category Manager to update, analyze, monitor and report on performance
Provide deep diving pricing analytics/scenarios using the Buynomics platform
Support innovation launch and tracking
Serve on projects targeting improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
At least three years of relevant experience in category management, intelligence analysis, sales or a similar field
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Nielsen IQ)
Experience in CPG or related industry preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual, with knowledge of the Quebec market preferred
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with large datasets and handling complex information
