  • Build and own a pipeline of studios and publishers

Requirements

  • 4+ years in partnerships, BD, or enterprise sales
  • Experience with $100K–$1M ARR deals.
  • 2+ years working with publishers, developers, or studios
  • Deep understanding of gaming business models
  • Proven success hunting and closing high-value opportunities
  • Skilled at scoping, pitching, and converting proof of concepts into scaled partnerships.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to translate trophi.ai’s product vision into tailored narratives
  • Resilient, scrappy, and proactive about driving outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%.
