About the role
- Evaluate client business processes and recommend enhancements

Requirements
- Background in HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems implementation
- Experience in business process analysis and systems integration
- Knowledge of project tools (Visio, MS Project) a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients
- Ability to work with both local and global project teams
