About the role
- Evaluate client business processes and recommend enhancements
- Manage integration of HR and talent applications
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system features
- Collaborate with technical teams to address gaps and system needs
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to client stakeholders
- Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless platform integration
Requirements
- Background in HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems implementation
- Experience in business process analysis and systems integration
- Knowledge of project tools (Visio, MS Project) a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients
- Ability to work with both local and global project teams
- Experience implementing or managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (required question)
- English proficiency (required)
