About the role

  • Evaluate client business processes and recommend enhancements
  • Manage integration of HR and talent applications
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system features
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address gaps and system needs
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to client stakeholders
  • Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless platform integration

Requirements

  • Background in HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems implementation
  • Experience in business process analysis and systems integration
  • Knowledge of project tools (Visio, MS Project) a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients
  • Ability to work with both local and global project teams
  • Experience implementing or managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (required question)
  • English proficiency (required)
