About the role
- Help marketing teams learn and adopt a modern workflow automation platform.
- Guide customers from first login to confident users through onboarding programs.
- Run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, workshops and cohorts.
- Create resources and enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
- Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
- Use SQL and Python for reporting and technical workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
- Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
