About the role
- Customer Success: Support our customers during ongoing operations; serve as the point of contact for commercial and usage-related matters
- Customer Support: Document relevant information in our systems and ensure transparency about the current status
- Contract Management & Renewals: Handle contractual matters such as terms, durations, and amendments
- Upselling & Relationship Development: Identify opportunities for expansions and additional services
Requirements
- Commercial Understanding: Interest in contractual and commercial matters; careful and reliable
- SaaS Experience & System Understanding: Experience in the SaaS environment and a solid understanding of how software is used in everyday work
- Structured Working: Keep track of open tasks and next steps, coordinate internally, and close issues thoroughly
