  • Customer Success: Support our customers during ongoing operations; serve as the point of contact for commercial and usage-related matters

Requirements

  • SaaS Experience & System Understanding: Experience in the SaaS environment and a solid understanding of how software is used in everyday work
  • Structured Working: Keep track of open tasks and next steps, coordinate internally, and close issues thoroughly
