About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily logistics operations and shipment flow management
- Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status (track & trace)
- Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and shipment status
- Work with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira) to process requests and support cases
- Assist in handling delivery issues, returns, and claims processing
- Communicate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information in logistics systems
- Support the logistics team in maintaining efficient and reliable delivery processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in logistics or previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign suppliers
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
