About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily logistics operations and shipment flow management
Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status (track & trace)
Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and shipment status
Work with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira) to process requests and support cases
Assist in handling delivery issues, returns, and claims processing
Communicate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information in logistics systems
Support the logistics team in maintaining efficient and reliable delivery processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in logistics or previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign suppliers
Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
