Own and drive full-cycle hiring for recruiters, RCs, sourcers, and recruiting leadership roles
Develop and lead R4R sourcing strategies focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience
Create candidate experiences that model best-in-class recruiting and reflect TRM’s culture and values
Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to find and engage high-caliber recruiters
Act as a brand ambassador and hiring advisor, defining what “great” looks like for each Talent hire
Build a proactive “skateboard” system to continuously inventory recruiter talent for scalable hiring
Partner with the VP of Talent and Recruiting Leadership to build and scale an async-first, globally distributed team
Meet TRM Speed expectations: prepare TAM and sample profiles within 72 hours, iterate on search criteria and outreach within 48/24 hours, aim to source high-volume candidates quickly, run sourcing jams with internal teammates, analyze and optimize sourcing data within two weeks
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on R4R hiring
Proven track record hiring recruiters and other talent professionals in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring environments and regulated functions
Ability to handle a high volume of diverse requisitions while maintaining attention to detail
Structured communicator with a proactive mindset and comfort working async
Skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experience across roles and levels
Maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
