About the role
- Design and lead scalable employer brand programs, rooted in TRM’s values and hiring strategy
- Build and manage a strategic content calendar across multiple channels (social, blog, email, internal comms)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop custom brand toolkits for hard-to-hire roles
- Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to extend TRM’s voice into candidate-facing moments
- Develop systems to measure the reach, engagement, and impact of our talent brand efforts
- Stand up internal operating models and templates for faster execution and iteration
- Advise on brand strategy in partnership with the Talent Events lead—without owning logistics or execution
Requirements
- 5+ years in employer brand or talent brand programs
- Strong program management skills and ability to scale what works
- Proven ability to build brand strategy and drive execution end-to-end
- Exceptional writing and editing chops, with a sharp eye for narrative and voice
- Comfort operating autonomously in a high-velocity, fast-changing environment
- A systems thinker who thrives on building repeatable playbooks and programs
- Bonus: Experience with data and analytics to track campaign performance, report on outcomes, and optimize content strategy
