About the role
- Lead and execute initiatives that bring our employer brand to life
- Launch and run creative employer brand campaigns end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Talent, DEI, and Marketing
- Own and optimize a content calendar of high-impact storytelling moments
- Drive presence at recruiting events, both virtual and in-person
- Stand up scalable templates and systems to measure and improve branding programs
- Act as both strategist and hands-on executor, balancing creativity with operational discipline
- Manage timelines, vendors, and budgets; ship campaigns quickly (within 72 hours once approved)
- Operate on a remote, async-first talent team with minimum PST overlap
Requirements
- 3+ years in talent brand, marketing, or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills
- Experience launching cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort working autonomously with ambiguity
- Ability to manage timelines, vendors, and budgets with discipline
- Minimum 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
- Contractor engagement (role listed as Contractor)
